What happened to the entertainment industry? The music nowadays sucks, I mean everyone praises little boys like justin bieber. I miss the days of nirvana, soundgarden, 2pac, alice in chains, led zeppelin, jefferson airplane, how'd we end up with a girly 10 year old? Tv has taken a big hit too, all this reality crap like jersey snore. And the cartoon networks show uter crap, I miss the days of old spongebob and jhonny bravo, animators just don't care anymore. And what is up with video games? It seems like the only games coming out are 60$ first person shooters with 3 hour campaigns and online multiplayer. They make a new call of duty every 6 months. I miss the days of gta san andreas, a game that lasted more than a year, and was original. It seems the entertainment industry is just copy paste crap over and over, nothing original, why is this so?What happened to music, tv and videogames?

Society became greedy. Everyone started to live the fast life and take advantage of things. Everyone wanted the "next big thing". People who are more widely known in the entertainment industry are most likely sell outs. Such as musical (so called) "artists" who talk about things that aren't true, right, or that don't matter. "lil Wayne" for example. But thankfully there is still hope. People like grieves, atmosphere, macklemore, and many more musical artists including myself will one day reclaim the word music and actually make a difference. Not talk about how much money we make, nor how many women we're with. Don't fret my friend. Someday soon this world will come to it's senses... One way or another. What happened to music, tv and videogames?
Just like you said, reality tv is destroying the television industry. Actors and actresses are getting praised for things like drinking and getting prenant at a young age. I disagree with you on the music somewhat. Its always had the guys like Bieber...such as Backstreet Boys and N'Sync. However, when Tupac was big, music was more than just a hot beat, and talking about drugs, sex, and money. As for video games, I'm somewhat disappointed. The prices are outrages. I loved the games like Need For Speed Underground, and the older ones with free roam mode and racing on pubic roads. Now all the new ones are on closed course and they're butchered the ability to customize the cars. I think the closed course racing is probably due to stricter laws and trying to cut back on real life street racing...but idk.
They died, I believe in the year 2000.
