Are there any groups for husbands with wives in the Military?

I am thinking about joining the military but wondering if there are any groups for husbands (non-military) with wives that are in the military. I know that there are a lot for military wives but nothing I can find for the other way around.

They are more like a networking group and can be found if you google "military support groups". There are a ton out there. If you join the military and deploy, his unit should also have a family readiness advisor that organizes and coordinates events for the spouses of the deployed soldiers.
