Its a resort for guests enrolled in the military who stay at WDW (its very nice). They have cheaper rates than the other resorts, depending on your rank and when you stay. You can also get discounts on tickets through the website as well.
I'm sure most other theme parks and various attractions in Orlando have military discounts (most places do nowadays), but you'd have to call them or check their websites for info on it. I'm not sure where you plan to be going or i'd try to link you to where the info is :P

Hotels, even Restaurants will give you a discount. I am not sure which ones or how much of a discount, but I do know they are available.
