How do you refer to military personnel of specific branches (Army, Air Force, Navy)?

Also, is the word "soldier" used to refer to military combatants in general or is that term reserved for Army personnel only? Air Force - Airmen

Navy - Sailors

Marine Corps - Marines

Army - Soldiers

soldiers are the army only.....a Marine would be extremely offended if you called him a soldier

They are generally Navy personnel who work in the Navy Aviation Field. Some call every branch soldiers (even though that's not correct, as another poster said)
