I will be enlisting in the military and need to know how to do donkey kicks?

I have not been able to find a good tutorial on "how to" do military donkey kicks. Every one seems be different. I Would like know how to do a military style donkey kick. A video link would be preferred but any instructions would be greatly appreciated.I will be enlisting in the military and need to know how to do donkey kicks?Anything they want you to do, they will show you.

If an instructor calls an exercises a donkey kick he will show you what one is first.I will be enlisting in the military and need to know how to do donkey kicks?They'll instruct you on the proper way to do what they consider a "donkey kick", and you'll even learn how to do it in steps, on a 4-count, so everyone can be doing it the same way at the same time.
