Unfortunately, absolutely nothing.

You are entitled to half the married BAH until the divorce is final (he must give you this). You could attempt to request alimony if you've been a stay at home mom, but its up to the judge whether or not its granted (its usually based on how long you've been married also)

All your benefits (TriCare, base priviledges, etc) will be gone the moment the divorce is final.

And no, service members do NOT get discharged or demoted for having an affair. That is completely false. If that was the case, there would be very few people in the military !What are you entitled to when a military man (marine corps) divorces you after more than 2 years of marriage? He owes you nothing. Sorry. 2 years isn't anything. His insurance will cover you until the divorce is finalized. You don't deserve anything anyway, being married doesn't entitle you. I don't get why some people think they ought to get paid to leave.

If you can prove he cheated, he can get demoted for that, you would need concrete proof though. What are you entitled to when a military man (marine corps) divorces you after more than 2 years of marriage?
I was a Marine when my first wife divorced me, all she got was child support. You can tell the Marines your husband cheated, but it may not do anything, we protect our own. The order is God, Country, Corps, family comes last. What are you entitled to when a military man (marine corps) divorces you after more than 2 years of marriage? This is one of the main things wrong with American women today. They always think that they're entitled to something

HE is the one serving, not you. What would you give him if it was you leaving him? I'd bet nothing. What are you entitled to when a military man (marine corps) divorces you after more than 2 years of marriage?
